Thanks for applying for an Impress product from digital-telepathy. We are excited to be working with you. Please read this entire contract, as it is binding and governs our relationship.

We will be in contact with your shortly to evaluate if there is an excellent fit for our companies to work together. If we can provide great value to you, we will collect the fee for Impress and start the project.

Our entire team of creative experts are committed to creating an awesome design for you. However, design is subjective, and we cannot guarantee 100% satisfaction. In the unlikely event that you’re not satisfied with the initial designs, we will work hard to make you happy by performing revisions to the design based on your feedback.

Additionally, we will do our best to finish Impress projects within two weeks of the kickoff meeting, but cannot guarantee this timeline.

As we dedicate time to your project (and we cannot get this time back), we cannot issue any refunds. By purchasing Impress, you understand this and agree to not charge back or dispute this purchase.
